Notre séjour a été exceptionnel grâce à une température idéale. Le site était propre ainsi que le condo très bien aménagé et une belle vue sur la mer. Le seul commentaire négatif est l'état des matelas il y aurait avantage à les renouveler. Nous y retournerions certainement.

The Management Company was easy to deal with. Good price point for what you get.
Condo was clean but could use some detail cleaning. The kitchen was updated but nothing else. Condo needs updating. The bedding felt like it was from the 70's and 80's. It served our need for a place to stay. We were with a group that own condos there and needed a place to sleep and bathe.

Good location!
Could have been cleaned better! We wiped kitchen cabinets down and the baseboards. Lots of dust bunnies in both bathrooms.
Sheets do not stay on twin beds good at all. Twin beds not fully made on arrival.
Den needs another chair for families.
Balcony had a chair that was torn up. Should have better/sturdier chairs on balcony. We brought camping chairs to use for our big and tall Fellas.

Overall the room and property was great. The biggest annoyance was the construction crew outside our room with an extremely loud beeping boom lift. While I simpathise with the guys working in 100 degree heat everyday. Nobody wants to wake up at 7am to an extremely loud beeping boom lift everyday of our vacation. And then all day till 6pm. EVERYDAY OF OUR ******* TRIP ALLLLLLLLL DAY BEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEP

It was good

Wonderful, the place was clean, fully stocked, close to the beach, had everything from a pool to lazy river. We were able to cook breakfast every morning, lunch at times. Easy access to many attractions we even barbequed on our last night close to the beach. What a great time, I cannot wait until I go back!

Overall, our vacation rental experience was good. We have been coming to the MBR for 20 plus years and this was the first time booking through a management company - which was easy. Check-in & check out were just as easy. Overall the condo was what was advertised. Location to the beach was great. The condo's kitchen, living room and dining room were nicely updated. However, the condo was lacking some basic, everyday necessities (ie - only 4 bowls, no pizza cutter, etc). Also, the "starter supplies" are the BARE minimum.

Overall, we had a great vacation but would most likely will only go through the owners for future rentals. We paid the most we have ever paid for the weekly rate and felt we overpaid for the convenience on the management company and overall value of the condo compared to previous condos at the MBR.

The only thing that needs done to the condo is new
bathroom vanities. Everything else was okay.

Description was pretty accurate. Great Location. Super close to the beach. Great amenities at the resort. Loved the pina coladas. While there is tons of parking at the resort, we noticed sometimes it was difficult to get a spot close to our condo. Also you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Overall a nice week long stay.

We have been staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort for many years. Typically we rent an ocean front, but decided this year that we needed the extra room for our 11 year old. The condo was clean and is super cute. We liked that it was only a short walk to the beach. The bed in the main bedroom was not the most comfortable, but we also understand that when renting...this is something you run into more often than not, so it wouldn't be a reason not to rent this condo. Overall, we would definitely recommend renting! We had a fantastic week and can't wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful week at the resort.everything was as described.our unit was clean and comfortable. The maintenance staff onsite were very friendly and helpful.i would recommend this rental to anyone. Far enough from the main strip and close enough to all the amenities you need.

We had a great time. I take my grand kids all girls vacation every year. Myrtle Beach Resort was so great. The kids could go out on the property and I didn't worry for there safety very secure place to have a lot of clean fun.

Overall was a good vacation. Does need an update on cookiware and spoons. Also mattresses could be updated. Mgt was fast replacing microwave which was awful. Also 2 lights didn’t have knob to turn on or needed lightbulbs. They told us would be checked but no one ever came back. We could live without so didn’t bother to refer a second time.

Great having private access right at the beach. We had to evacuate one day early due to the hurricane, but had a great time while we were there. The floors were a little dirty (not visibly, but could tell from walking barefoot), but otherwise was very satisfied with our unit.

I was originally working through a third party to rent this property, and the property manager emailed me directly to give me a better rate, which I really appreciated!!

The resort property overall was great.. the pools were clean and well maintained. The elevators were a little slow, but this seems to be an older building. There were some cosmetic things the resort could improve, such as some torn awnings near the kids area and paint around our building, but otherwise we were pleased.

The condo was literally steps away from the beach and the large pool. For us the down side was the fact that the condo faced the water park for the property next door, so it was a little noisy in the morning, but they closed early so it wasn’t a major concern. As far as the condition of the condo, the kitchen was nice, but the elements on the stove did not sit down inside the actual spaces for them, so they didn’t sit flat, which made cooking stovetop difficult. Overall the safety of the resort was good, but I felt like the condo could have been easy to get into, as it only had a doorknob (which seemed loose) and a deadbolt. Something we were not aware of was that the air could not be set below 72, which is a bit warmer than we use at home, so that took some adjusting especially when trying to sleep.

We were very pleased with our stay overall, and we plan to stay on this property again. We may not use this condo because we would like a higher floor, but this property is a great value. Thanks to the owner and property managers.

Condo was exactly as described. Great place to stay, we loved everything at this place. I only have one complaint and that is the beds are very hard. Everything else was perfect. Close to the beach too. I will definitely return to A213 again.

The resort has a lot to offer, especially if you have kids! Multiple pools, snack bars, adult beverages, and direct beach access!!

WE HAD A GREAT STAY HERE. CONDO IS CLOSE TO THE OCEAN AND VERY CLEAN CONDO. MAY NEED A FEW MINOR UP KEEPS TO THE KITCHEN. BUT OVERALL A GREAT STAY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE CONDO.

Overall I was fairly satisfied with the property. We wanted something close to Lakewood because we had family staying there and the location was perfect. The unit itself was a good size for the four of us, and what little amount of time we actually spent in it. The bathrooms were clean, but my shoes stuck to the tile floor in the kitchen and when I went to use the dishwasher, I stuck my hand in something gross and sticky as well, but it wasn't anything a little hot water and Dawn detergent couldn't take care of. There were a few simple things that needed taken care of that were neglected by housekeeping and/or management, the toilet in the master bathroom makes a high pitched whining noise every time its flushed and nearly every time I went to turn on a light the light bulb was missing from the fixture, but nothing I felt the need to call and complain about. And then there were other things that were not in the property owner's or management company's control. For instance parking for the condos is a nightmare. There are plenty of parking spaces, however the spaces are not numbered for the units, so you may get a spot near your unit, or you may park in a completely different area of the resort every night and walk back to your condo. There are also no sidewalks throughout the resort. This causes beachgoers or those making the trek from their car to their condo to walk in the narrow roadway. Additionally, the elevator was broken 3 of the 7 days we were there. We were lucky because it was working when we checked in and we were only on the second floor, so when we checked out, and the elevator was broken again, we only had to lug our stuff down one flight of stairs. I felt bad for the people on the 4th and 5th floors though, lugging their stuff down all those stairs in the heat, and those stairwells are not air conditioned! Overall we feel like the condo was a fair price for the size and location we wanted, but it could use little more attention between guests.

We were pleasantly surprised at the room we were staying in. We had been to Myrtle Beach several times. We always stayed in “B” building. We were all so happy with our room and will hopefully always stay there. Our entire vacation was very nice and cannot wait to return.

Everything went well with it being fully stocked kitchen, etc. The only concern we had was the toilets, one kept running for 3 days until it was fixed. The other made a loud noise every time you flushed. I reported it at the same time and the maintenance man never came back to fix it. The location was great and the pools and beach couldn't.t be any closer. We would like to return next year!

We had a very nice stay this year. The room was clean and well stocked. Outside of the fire alarm going off at random hours of the night causing us to evacuate was the only problems we had.

Beautiful! This was our second year staying at Myrtle Beach Resort and I couldn't be happier with our stay! The room and view was perfect. Very clean and very accommodating!! We will be back again next year!

We had a wonderful time in? Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We had a problem with the toilet flushing and someone came to fix it right away. The grounds and pools are immaculate. My kids especially enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We will stay at this resort again.

Family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 teenager). Having a 2BR was nice. The 5th person had to sleep on the pullout sofa, which was not very comfortable, but it worked. For my needs, the unit was just fine. The AC was great, the kitchen was sufficient. You will not find granite counter tops and the TVs didn't have HD channels, but the unit worked just fine for my family. We would stay again. - PARKING can be difficult. With a pre-determined number of units and parking spaces, it would be nice to have assigned spots near the condo. Overflow parking was available near the pool area (thankfully we never had to use it), but at times, it was very difficult finding a parking spot near our condo.

We love staying at Myrtle Beach Resort. We enjoying being in the A tower as close to the beach as possible so we can enjoy the ocean and pool and not walk too much. The room was very big, almost bigger then my house at home!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo (?). It was a very clean facility and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Loved the convenience and location of the property. We were right between the pool with the lazy river and the one right by the beach. The kids loved how we could go to either either very easily. Plus we could go to the beach anytime we wanted. We were also close to all shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay and would love to go back!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in A213. Location was fantastic! We had a much better view than what I was expecting. This condo is very close to the beach so the walk was no issue at all. The space for our family was great; never felt crowded. Although it doesn't appear the owners have done much updating to the condo, overall it was very clean and everything was in working order. The resort grounds were kept very clean. It was large but not too spread out that it took long to walk anywhere. My children loved the lazy river and kiddie pools. The beach bar was nice and got quite the crowd in the evenings. We travel a lot as a family and we all agree, this was one our favorite trips.

It was amazing. I stayed at this exact resort as a kid and everything was super nice and upgraded. We had a great stay.

I love everything about it other than couch. You could feel the springs. Other than, it was great. My family loved it!

We loved our rental. The condo was clean and very homey feeling. We loved the added touches of pictures and trinkets. We have no bad things to say about this place. We will be staying here again. The staff at the office were so wonderful to let us check in early, as we arrived early and I was very sick from the long drive. They let us check in so I could lay down and rest. This place is amazing.
